How it works

Flooret works with a variety of carriers to successfully deliver your floors.

Once you place your order and your floors are ready to ship, our team will assign you the best carrier based on your location and the size of your order. Your delivery will be By Appointment.

You will be contacted when the floors arrive to their terminal, and they typically aim to schedule deliveries within the week. You can ask for a window that best fits your scheduling needs.

Nationwide Flat-Rate Curbside Shipping

We like to keep things simple. Our Premium Curbside Shipping Service follows this motto to a tee with $199 flat-rate shipping nationwide (excluding Alaska and Hawaii, see below) on all freight orders. Shipments will arrive in 4 to 8 business days. Online tracking and curbside delivery included.

Orders of 3 boxes or fewer are shipped FedEx Parcel, rather than Freight. Orders of this size are delivered to your front door and do not require a signature.

Samples Ship Free

All cut and full-size samples are shipped for free. Now you can view the design, feel the texture and test the durability of the floors you are most interested in without burdening yourself with something silly like the cost of shipping.

Alaska + Hawaii

Our $199 flat-rate shipping rate will get your floors to any freight forwarder in the lower 48 (most Alaska forwarders are based around Seattle/Tacoma, and Hawaii forwarders are most common around Long Beach/Los Angeles). We can recommend a forwarder, and they can provide a quote to your order's final destination. Contact us at 1-800-700-8122 for further assistance.
